Ground Penetrating Radar

It is a great idea to locate utilities or post tension cable prior to any cutting activity or excavation.

Subsurface utilities and structural components can be expensive to repair should they be damaged during the cutting process. It is the customer’s responsibility to locate issues and ensure the cutting area is clear of risks. If you are not 100% sure that utilities or structural components are not in the slab or beyond the slab, then it is highly recommended to use Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR) to locate voids, utilities, or structural steel and post tension components. If you would like us to handle the GPR, let your salesman know.
